Madrid, July 27th, 2020 - MCR, one of the leading technology wholesalers in Spain, has officially announced today the launch of its new corporate image. Practically in parallel to the move to its new facilities, the company has made public the details of this change in its brand image, which will be effective in its entirety during the month of July.

"During the past year we have significantly reorganized our structure, with the creation of new divisions specialized in specific segments, and we are now moving to new, much larger and more modern facilities, and we wanted all these modernization initiatives to be accompanied by a change in our corporate identity to reflect our growth and our current leadership," explains Pedro Quiroga, CEO of MCR. "Ultimately, renewing and repositioning the brand was a natural next step as part of our organization's growth and success."
The central element in MCR's new corporate image is its new logo, which maintains the original blue, but adds a second tone. "We wanted to keep that blue, which in our opinion still shows our identity, but the truth is that we are now more diverse, hence the second tone," explains Carmen Martínez, MCR's Marketing Director, "while the new lettering aims to show a more modern and simpler spirit, but committed to innovation." Likewise, the logo now includes the word "Group". "It is a word that clearly reflects what we are today: a group of teams working towards a common goal, with a track record of more than 20 years and a very high level of specialization".
The new image also includes the renewal of all MCR's corporate material, as well as the merchandising that the company manages. The different divisions of the wholesaler, such as ab materials (specializing in stationery, gifts, office supplies and education), or MCR PRO (focused on solutions Corporate).
"The MCR brand had to evolve in parallel to the process of continuous transformation we have followed in recent years," says Pedro Quiroga. "We are proud to present this new brand today , a new image that identifies the MCR we are today, and represents a historic milestone in our trajectory, with a proposed promise of strength, experience and integrity."
